chowsauce.com publishes a sponsored advertorial article and related legal pages. There is no account registration, checkout, comment form or newsletter signup on this site.

Server logs
Our hosting provider may automatically process technical logs such as IP address, date/time, requested URL, referrer, user agent and error diagnostics. Purpose: security, availability and abuse prevention. Legal basis (UK GDPR): legitimate interests in operating a secure website. Retention: according to the host's standard log rotation (typically weeks, not indefinite marketing profiles).
No analytics or ad pixels on this site
As configured, this site does not load Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or similar third-party advertising/analytics tags. We do not set non-essential tracking cookies. If that changes, this policy and any consent mechanism will be updated before such technologies run.
Fonts and assets
Fonts are self-hosted via the site build (Next.js font pipeline). Story images are stored on this site's origin.
Outbound product / affiliate links
If you follow the sponsored link to the Blue Dragon product page, you leave our control. That destination (and any retailer you later choose) becomes the controller for its own cookies, analytics and purchases under its own privacy notices. Affiliate parameters, if present on a URL we publish, exist to attribute referrals; the link on this site currently uses the exact brand URL supplied without added tracking parameters.
4. International transfers
If our host stores logs outside the UK, appropriate transfer safeguards required by UK law should be applied by that provider. Ask the host or write to us at the registered office for the current hosting location.
